  • $15.00 flat rate shipping on party orders – Party orders For Distributors will be shipped FedEx or XpressPost with a flat rate of $15.
  • FedEx Express Saver – Delivered by 5 p.m. in 1 to 3 business days to businesses and by 8 p.m. to residences in most metropolitan areas.
  • FedEx 2Day – Delivered by 5 p.m. in 1 to 2 business days to businesses and by 8 p.m. to residences in most metropolitan areas.
  • FedEx Priority Overnight – Delivered the next business day to most metropolitan areas, 2 to 3 business days to other areas. Please note that we do not offer same day shipping, orders will be shipped the FOLLOWING business day.

IMPORTANT: Please make sure your area is serviced by your preferred shipping method before choosing it, as not all areas will qualify for Priority service, and therefore your shipping times may vary.

 

Changing or cancelling an order:

To cancel or change your order, please contact our super helpful customer service at info@outofthewoodsdesign.ca as soon as possible. Please note that if your order has been shipped you will not be able to cancel your order, but once your order arrives you may return it for a store credit. If you wish to change your order please contact us atinfo@outofthewoodsdesign.ca. Unfortunately, our system doesn’t allow us to modify orders that are processing, therefore we will need to cancel and refund your original order and you will be required to make a new one.

 

Missed deliveries:

If nobody is at the address when FedEx or Canada Post makes the delivery, a note is left in the mailbox and the package is taken to the depot. Another attempt to deliver will be made the next day. A total of three attempts to deliver will be made. If delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to us. When you find the notification note in your mailbox, contact your shipping provider to arrange another delivery address, time, or tell them the package can be left in your backyard etc. All orders over $100 may require a signature release to prevent theft. You can sign at the door or enrol in the FedEx Signature Release program. 
You can have your package delivered to your work address if this is more convenient for you. This should MUST be included as Delivery Address at the time of checkout.

 

OUR REFUND POLICY

All refunds must be completed within 30 days of purchase.

  • Refunds, under all circumstances, will be charged a $75 refund processing fee.

OUR RETURN POLICY

All returns and exchanges, including manufacturer’s defects, must be completed within 30 days of purchase.

Under the following conditions, you are eligible to return your product for store credit, and we will pay your shipping by issuing you a prepaid shipping label:

  • We processed your order incorrectly
  • You received a pre-damaged or defective product.

Out of the Woods Design does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Any items sent back to us with customer damage or without documentation will not receive a credit.

 How to return:

Please email us at info@outofthewoodsdesign.ca with a full description of the issue, your order number and photos of any defects or issues you may have. Once we have determined you are eligible for a return or exchange we will issue you an RMA number and send you a prepaid return label to your email. ONLY manufacturer’s defects are eligible for a prepaid return label.
